Of course given the language gap understanding how the game works is far from being simple. However I somehow managed to understand that after choosing a character you have to walk around the city to meet other groups of people and challenge them in quick and easy games.
You start the game by youself, but if you win versus the other groups you create a group of followers around you.
I've been attracted to the game by its visuals (I love pixel graphics) but I must say the experience is more than a nice graphics. Sound (noisy as usual) also helps making the whole challenge mechanism pretty amusing.
