Don't think it's real. The Young Guns student brief last year was for the Gameboy Advance SP, so there's a lot of spec floating around for that. Also, the kid illustration in the image looks a lot like the same one used here:

The appearance of real band names on the wall makes this pretty unlikely to be real. Nintendo would have to get permission (meaning pay money) to use those logos.

Technically, the band names arent spelled out, it could possibly be NCDC or LATIN PARK..
