The Student Corner: Netflix Places

Sometimes, maybe often, hopefully not always, Young Lions and Future Lions projects might be more interesting and innovative than the “big” Lions. For example, I love Netflix Places by Gabriel T Garcia and Felipe Sampaio of the Miami Ad School in São Paulo.

A coincidence, or maybe not, that the project has an inspiration very similar to another concept we posted about a few weeks ago: Augmented Reality Cinema. Honestly, I don’t know which of the two came out first. Netflix Places is maybe slightly less cool, but much more feasible.

Netflix Places is the winner of the Future Lions 2011 Award.
