MUJI TO GO

Japanese brand MUJI just launched a global campaign for MUJI to GO: the collection which merchandises for travel goods “Good Travels with Good Products”. One family has a chance to win a trip to anywhere by All Nippon Airway flight. They will be 3D scanned at the airport when they will depart and will receive their 3D figures at the destination. What a cool souvenir! Ten families have a chance to win a free 3D miniature figure when you purchase $30+ at any MUJI stores, you will get serial numbers to apply the contest. In addition to those prizes, customers can take 3D photos and 360 degree scan at stores in Tokyo, Osaka, Shanghai and New York, the 3D data will be downloadable and can share on Facebook.

NIKE RUN LIKE ME

There are loads of runners in Tokyo right now for a big running event this week, the Tokyo Marathon 2013. Joseph Tame is one of the famous runners of the Tokyo Marathon, every year he runs with his unique running style and costume. 2012 July, a project called “RUN LIKE ME” by Nike Japan, he had pledged to run longer, and he wanted all Facebook fans to help him do it. For every ‘like’ the RUN LIKE ME page receives, Joseph ran 100 meters more. You can watch Joseph’s running experience recap, powered by the Nike Lunar Glide 4, the shoe designed to cushion your stride and enable you to run longer.

Subaru minicar music player

In order to tell Subaru’s collision-avoidance technology called ‘EYESIGHT’, Subaru equips the pair of forward-facing stereoscopic cameras mounted inside of mini cars. Not only the mini cars have the cameras, but they have sound speakers within. The film will tell you how the collision-avoidance technology works at chaotic environment. In addition, you can enjoy listening to the music composed by Subaru mini cars!

UNIQLO Pinterest “Dry Mesh Project”

Uniqlo and NYC based Firstborn team up for a project that owns Pinterest. To wake Pinterest users from a scrolling slumber, Uniqlo created 100 separate shell Pinterest accounts that pinned images simultaneously. As users scrolled down their favorite categories, they came across all the images, which combined to create giant mosaics that “animated” when scrolled through. Read more…
