ACNE has created a cutting edge Interactive-Live-Stream-Experience for adidas Y-3. To celebrate the event, ACNE expanded this short moment in time into an engaging Interactive Live Stream Experience. By streaming the show with four different views onto the runway, the online audience could magnify one view without losing perspective of the show as a whole.
Hermès spring/summer range comes to life in 4 stop motion videos celebrating “sport” in a way that only Hermès could do. The four films were directed by Simon Cahn who formerly worked with Spike Jones on a stop motion film. I really like the Hermés brand because it’s one of the few brands to show such a natural confidence and eccentricity. In addition to croquet & pétanque which might be expected, Hermès also features ping pong and leapfrog.
Just came across this fashion blog which is cool. But what differentiates this blog from others is the automated camera in Williamsburg, NY that senses passers by and snaps them directly onto the blog, giving viewers up to the minute images of what people are wearing that day. Read more…
Luxury brand Chloé is celebrating its 60th anniversary with an interesting integrated campaign that includes 26 short films, an exhibition, and a smart social media roll-out. Play lucky cube with Maru. Smart idea from UNIQLO to get people talking about the launch of the new San Francisco store opening in October. I’m not sure which I love more… the incredibly simple but great idea to use a quirky online game to drive traffic to the new flagship store (prize collection is at the new store) — or the fact that they have partnered with a YouTUBE star (cat) called Maru.
Been a while since the last time i laughed so much with a clothing catalogue. With a nice Flash/HTML5 integration, What the fox put you to the test of becoming a fox, unlocking some achievements by… well it’s funnier if you do that by yourself.
Nice site, nice interaction and nice clothes!
This is a very interesting collaboration. Intel and Franck Sorbier partnered to produce a new type of fashion show as part of the creators project. In this show, there was no walk on the cat walk – with only one “physical” dress, the rest was projection mapping. Read more…
I love this creative way in to promote the Missoni for Target collaboration. As I started to watch the casestudy I thought “Oh no, here we go, the creation of another fake mysterious online personality…” — but instead Mother New York delights us with a 25ft blogging, tweeting puppet who made a larger than life impression in New York during fashion week. Watch the video and meet Little Marina and learn about her adventures in New York.
Could dogs be the new cat? We’ve seen the bark side of the force – now Diesel has launched a film promoting their summer/spring eyeware range starring a foursome of top models bursting with character. I would have loved to have seen the pitch process for this one.
Branded YouTube channels are getting much nicer these days. Tradition meets innovation: the new Dolce & Gabbana YouTube Official Channel is pretty cool for the brand. The channel picks up on the look and feel of the Dolce & Gabbana world.
