Tate Gallery of Lost Art

Tate Media has just launched an online exhibition entitled The Gallery of Lost Art. It allows the user to explore the stories behind numerous famous artworks that have been stolen, lost or have simply disappeared over the last century.

The eerie music and dark, cold aesthetic provide an exciting experience and a new and different way to interact with art and the Tate. A nice way to convert the sort of curious, scientific minds who might usually dismiss art.
