be smarter or, at least, more interesting in your online advertising

on November 3, 2013 by Ana Comments

An ad made an unexpected turn on the Wired site. It announced Wired partnering with Absolut to sponsor #TransformToday, a contest where Wired readers are invited to submit their dream text project for a chance to work on it with the “WIRED Insider.” Nothing new, surely, but what is Absolut doing there? (buying advertising, per usual). Still, brands can take cue: there are a lot of worthwhile causes and a lot of ways to make people’s lives better, and if a brand’s spending money on advertising, might as well chip in on a meaningful initiative.

Printed dictionaries are dying and we all know why. But does a modern language like English want to lose a authentic brand that helps stimulate the internet with new ideas with more credibility than twerking, vineographer or faping?

Ikea or Death?

on October 10, 2013 by Mark Comments

IKEA is that friendly shop where you get cheap furniture from the inside of a giant, unending warehouse. Take Risks, Break Rules, & Kick Ass

on October 8, 2013 by Bridget Comments

More than just a tagline, this campaign from Danish fashion brand PREMIUM by JACK & JONES really is made from cool. I love it.  The 5 films feature Christopher Walken who plays the part to perfection and literally brings a touch of magic to each spot.  The styling and art direction is flawless.
